I’m Sacha

Proud to be the creator of the “Be the Best You” programme and brand. 

I am a qualified positive psychology practitioner and a certified bereavement counsellor, as well as holding a life coaching diploma. 

I see myself as just an ordinary woman living an extraordinary life. 

I share my knowledge, story and tools that will help people live happier lives through the use of positive psychology.

Life wasn’t always good for me though… I have suffered with depression, anxiety, drug addiction, alcohol abuse, lack of self worth and confidence, post-traumatic stress syndrome, postnatal depression and grief.  My mission in life is to help at least 100 Million people in a positive way.

So what is a positive Psychology Practitioner? 

A practitioner, life coach and psychologist in one. We work with 3 levels of positive Psychology!  It’s the scientific study of human flourishing and an applied approach for optimal functioning.  It has also been defined as the study of the strengths and virtues that enable individuals, communities and organisations to thrive.
